PSC Family Barbecue and Semiannual Meeting

Family Lunch:
We will have BBQ’d meat and sausages with salads and fresh bread.
Semiannual Meeting:
• Approval of Nov. 2024 General Meeting Minutes
• Approval of Financial Statement FY 2024
• Reports by Committee Chairpersons
Please bring a dessert to share, thank you!
There is limited (free) parking available at the picnic site.
Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times. We will be in an area containing poison oak.
Your reservation is requested by May 11 to allow us adequate time for preparation.
